Dr. David A Knepp, D.C. of the San Diego Chiropractic Group is originally from Baltimore, MD. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond. He specializes in the treating and handling of personal injury cases. Dr. Knepp holds an advanced certificate from the Spine Research Institute in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology.
Dr. Knepp appreciates the importance of co-facilitating patient care with primary care physicians, specialists, and other alternative health care providers.
